Camping Brunner am See is the only top campsite directly located at the shores of Lake Millstätter See/Döbriach that received the 2007 ADAC award for outstanding facilities. Our campisite receives top ratings with all important camping clubs and - in … the light of our soft-path entertainment program - has just recently been ranked among the top threee campsites in Europe by the readers of the CARAVANING magzine. For outstanding sanitary facilities, Camping Brunner is awarded the highest mark of 9.5 (out of a maximum of 10) by the AWWB Camping Guide 2008. A few characteristics that have made Camping Brunner am See the campsite of choice for an ever increasing number of guests over the past decades: - unique position directly at the shores of Lake Millstätter See - unspoiled surroundings and superb scenery - no road separates our campsite from our private shore - short distances - state-of-the art facilities - award-winning for their cleanliness - activity program for kids (during holiday periods) and grownups - apartments/chalets directly at the lake or at or farm - WLAN, ByteBar, Internet terminal - open all-year round - less than 10 miles to Bad Kleinkirchheim (world-cup skiing centre with thermal spas) - total immersion in unspoiled nature - from water sports on the lake to hiking in the adjouning Nockberge national park - perfect value for money - top holidays everyone can afford - see for yourself - lots of pictures online or better: come and enjoy: Camping Brunner am See in sunny Carinthia Directly at the lake - amid the mountains - that is the only camp site located at the lake Millstätter See / Döbriach. It is also an ADAC-awarded camp site. The ideal size of our camping ground will make it possible for you to keep an eye on your children. There is also no road separating the camping ground and the shallow sand-shore. The area around lake "Millstätter See" belongs to the national park "Nockberge", one of the most beautiful hiking areas of the Alps. The altitude varies from 560m up to 2.100m. From Easter to late autumn Camping Brunner offers about 100 guided trips round the mountains free of charge. The "Kärnten-Card" (favourable terms) offers about 100 top destinations (inclusive mountain roads, lifts, museums, attractions for children...). The swimming season starts usually at the beginning of May and lasts till the end of September (the lake warms up to 27°C in summer). Directly at the lake: shallow sand-shore, suitable for children, non-swimming area is marked, lawn, playground for small children near the shore, no road between the camping ground and the lake, showers, wash-basins and toilets for children, nursing room with bath-tubs for babies, washing-rooms for families, sanitary cubicles to rent, sanitary facilities for handicapped people are given, the paths are asphalted, shower for dogs, marked walk for your dog in the wood; apartments / holiday homes: directly at the lake or at the farm (ideal for children); camping in winter: only 11km to the skiing and thermal centre Bad Kleinkirchheim; Adventure playground for children, beach-volleyball, lawn for playing ball, programme during the holidays (Easter, Whitsun, summer, autumn, Christmas, New Year), guided trips round the mountains free of charge, rafting, canyoning, climbing, riding, mountain-biking, lifts, mountain roads...

Motorway A10 (Tauernautobahn), exit "Spittal - Millstätter See" in the direction of Radenthein (pass the villages Seeboden, Millstatt, Pesenthein, Dellach), at the end of the lake turn right towards "Döbriach See" - after 1,5 km passing public beaches and other … campsites (not directly at the lake) you have to turn right at ADEG-Markt and you have reached Camping Brunner directly at the lake.
